Welcome to Rose Realm Photography! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or booking with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services

We offer professional photography services across multiple niches including personal branding, senior portraits, family & kids, and sports photography. All sessions must be booked in advance.

2. Booking & Payments

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking

Full payment is due by or before the day of the shoot unless otherwise agreed

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance

3. Image Rights

We retain the copyright to all photographs taken.

Clients receive licensed usage for personal, portfolio, or promotional use (not for resale).

Rose Realm Photography reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, and marketing unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must arrive on time and be prepared for the session

Rose Realm Photography is not responsible for delays caused by the client

5. Editing & Delivery

Edited images are delivered within 2 to 3 weeks (usually via online gallery or download link)

Only professionally edited images will be provided; raw files are not included unless agreed in writing

6. Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable

If the session is canceled due to weather, illness, or other valid reasons, we will reschedule at no additional charge

7. Liability

We take every precaution to ensure a safe and professional experience. However, Rose Realm Photography is not liable for:

Any personal injury, property damage, or loss during sessions

Unforeseen equipment failure or acts of nature

8. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, text, and photos is owned by Rose Realm Photography. No reproduction or use without permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Hampshire, USA
